are you anemic?-vegetarian?
eating enough iron
diabetic reaction (borderline)
psychosomatic symptom(anxiety stress)
poor cardiovascular health (due to long sedentary lifestyle)
body in active recovery (result of workouts)
everyday, whether I work out or not, at about 11:30 I start to feel dizzy. It dosnt seem to be related to food intake. I have been tracking my blood sugar and BP in the mronings as well. I have been sedentary for the past 10 years and when I statred lifting wieghts in Zjanuary I weighed 239 at 5'9'. This week I weigh 210. I have been walking everyday building slowly each week to new distances and speeds (right now I am walking 1.75 miles at 3.6 mph). The only thing that concerns me is the dizziness, it feels like the kind of dizziness you have when you have a flu bug, kind of a dizzy malaise that lasts about an hour and then passes. My blood sugars are a little elevated. This morning I checked mine before eating and it was 118. My BP was also alittle up at 135/85. Any ideas what could be causing my dizzy spell?

Hi Oregon. You must go to the doctor. Since there are so many variables you will want to get an thorough check up anyway by someone who knows what to look for. Don't kid yourself about your health. Make it total and be smart about it too. Take Care, John H.
