Escapism.. Where do you go when you ..

Escapism - tendency to avoid reality
When you feel stressed what do you do .. or where do you go to run from it all ?
I usually go read a book in the pool. How about you ?

I'm the greatest rock-'n-roll singer on the planet........................as I sing along to my car stereo.

Either that or I just go to the shooting range and blast the hell out of a few milk jugs.
Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???

Hitting the range is definitely a good stress reliever. I escape into one of my many obsessions. Flyfishing, hiking, kayaking, working out, listening to music, etc... (I could go on and on)

Depends on how much time I need to escape. Sometimes I just get in my car and drive. Sometimes I end up a hellova long way from home. lol

Other times I go to places that I have good memories of.

You can usually find me trying to crawl back into a womb, penis first or most usually imagining I am.

Take refuge in my apt, not answer the phone or head down someplace like the beach. A place with no worries.

I love living near water. I'm about 10 minutes from Narragansett Bay and 45 mins from the open ocean.

Yea. When we get a storm coming in, it makes the whole valley smell like a giant septic tank.

Yeah, I don't pop like that. I am not a violent person. I usually end up sitting by myself and getin grealy upset. I try and never take my problems out on others, even though sometimes I may get in shouting matches with my parents (which relaly sucks).
