i'd recommend a full body workout 2x's a day for the next 6 weeks straight

dont get too much sleep, it'll hamper your gains...do 3-4 hours of cardio

and eat 3 square meals a day

I'd post your diet to be SURE that its good. Diet has always been the key for me. Also, try different workouts to see what works best for u. P/RR/S is great! Also, lots of people have good luck with MaxOT and some other programs. I wouldnt recommend working out Mon-Fri if u can help it. Really not a good idea to lift more than 2 days in a row without a day off.

Can you post your diet at the "diet forum" ? I donīt have the time to list the foods, I am sure somebody can do it for you. Just post the thread name as "my diet" or something like that. Thanks

Diesel...your diet is definitely part (or all) of your problem. You should read the stickies in the Diet forum.
