This is what I do:
Open a new photo
Make it the size you want
Then open the pic you want to add. use copy, then shrink that down, then paste pic to new pic. Then open 2nd image you want to add, copy, then paste to new pic."When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hang on."
