I cant wait to see 2.

I want a pic of when after Uma takes the katana off the shelf (the black one with the red handle) and unsheaths it in front of her face kinda like this but Uma

If any knows where to get that please post it

Oh please dont say to much about either movie, 1 or 2, for those who havent seen them.

But damn that was a good movie.

I can't believe you hated Kill Bill. Heh, I love gore. Two of my fav. movies are Reservoir Dogs and Goodfellas.

It was good, but I wish they would not have darkened the scenes so much. Some of it got a bit obviously fake too, not as well done as in the Matrix either which makes it flat out obvious.

All in all it was cool, just not something I'm totally in love with.

No, the obviousness of it is part of the film. Its almost a throw a back, and almost a cartoon at the same time. Thats just my opinion

I just read the CNN.com review for KB2, and it's got me all pumped up for it! Not that I trust CNN's movie reviews because I disagree with them most of the time, but reading about the movie is making me want to get out and see it. Perhaps next weekend. It'll give me time to watch my volume 1 DVD again.

She was cute but I was glad to see her die.

I dont mind the massive killing, in fact I was getting very hopefull during that part. After all isn't that why so many of us liked the Matrix? One or two people against the odds kicking the shit out of everyone?

Granted in the second Matrix when its one guy against like a thousand and you can't even see whats going on its a bit hokey, but with the computer edited fighting it looks believable (in terms of movie land), as opposed to a guy jumping 30 feet onto the balcony.

I liked some of the comedic scenes, guys holding their foot after it got chopped off and such.

I liked Kill Bill because it knew it was a movie. It didn't try to be believable, it didn't try to appeal to you, it didn't have to explain why some things happened. it just did, shut the fuck up and eat your pop corn.

Badly made movies are still badly made movies. I am not entertained by something if done poorly simply because its "a movie."

    I dont eat popcorn.

Her voice and eyes were wrong for the part IMO, she seemed to look and sound goody two shoes. Her running footsteps to the end of the table to take off that dudes head were reminiscent of old time kung fu, but kind of bothersome for a modern movie i.e. HELLO SHE IS RUNNING AT YOU WITH A SMALL STRIDE, get your ass away from the table because she is coming for you, dipshit. He had all the warning in the world to move his ass.

    Definitely agree with this.

The movie just wasnt cool... its as if Tarantino was trying to do something he's not comfortable with. Lots of random gore and violence is great... hell, i love a good stallone or van damme movie. But Kill Bill was just... retarded.

So this woman wakes up from a coma, and wants revenge. But instead of getting a gun, she gets herself a bigass sword, puts it on the seat next to her on a commercial flight, and flys around stabbing all her enemies?

And WTF was with the scene where she just wandered around the japanese bar killing people? I mean, if that scene had the "believability" of a matrix backstory, then sure, i could get into it... but it doesnt. It's just Tarantino trying to be unique or artsy, and failing.

Just got back from seeing KB2! woot! I thought it rocked... I was worried at first because i was afraid it would pull a "matrix" on me..... cuz the original matrix rocked but the second one was so dissapointing... then the third one was pretty cool although the ending kinda sucked.... uuuuummmm anyway i liked the movie (kill bill 2).... anyone who liked the first volume will definately enjoy the second instalment
