Bass and trout. Matter of fact, going bass fishing in May. Every now and then I get up to Northern NM and fish the San Juan. Now there are some big ass "bows".

I've always wanted to fish the south west. Crazy rivers out there!!! Another goal is to do some Golden Trout fishing in N. California.

I used to love fishing in small brooks for Brook trout in the summer. I would actually find an old pair of sneakers, wear some shorts and go right in the middle of it all. Funny thing is that after I fish out a hole, I would walk in it and I would almost be chest deep! SCARY as shit!!

Yep, you gotta get up to the San Juan River in NM man. I have a buddy that is a guide of Abe's(famous fly shop www.sanjuanriver.com). Place is amazing. Also, Lee's Ferry in AZ is killer too.

Many times. I live right near the ocean. My family used to own a 25ft cabin cruiser. We fished conventional gear off it all the time (before I found fly). I still go Fluke fishing on party boats from time to time with my father.

How long does it take ? I heard that it can be like 1 month in the ocean.

Thats awesome! I'm probably moving out there early next year. Looking at two possibilities. A town just outside Albuquerque and another in northern AZ. I'm gonna take some serious road trips when I get out there!!!

Nah...thats commercial fishing. When you take a party boat you just go out for the day.

North or South of Alb? Or maybe west like Rio Rancho? Or do you mean further from the Alb city limits? What part of Northern AZ...Flagstaff?

How does that make me less trustworthy? My honesty always gets me in trouble.
