If the assault weapons ban doesn't expire as planned in a few months, I'm gonna have to spend $100 on a 17 round clip for the Glock. Damn Ted Kennedy. I love the bumper sticker that says "Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than my gun..."

I'm pretty sure our buddy GWB cut a deal with the Dems to extend the ban.

If it gets out he did, it will surely cost him the election!

For a straight out of the box gun, you can't beat a glock on accuracy. I don't personnally care for them I am uncomfortable with the trigger safety and it doesn't fit my hand and if I were to be in a close combat situation feel it could be twisted from my hand easily. My husbands duty weapon is a .357 Glock, he wants a Kimber .45 (we can't afford one at this time) he knows that a kimber will take several rounds through it before he gets it to where he wants it. I have small hands and use the same weapon for conceal carry and competion ( I haven't competed in several years) I carry a browning hi power 9mm. I think 9mm is a good round for recreational shooting since they don't cost to much to feed.

My wife had a Hi-Power too for many years but grew tired of the trigger. Now she's got a Star "Firestar" and loves it. She's very comfortable and accurate with the 9mm and I've always said the right self-defense round is the one you can hit your target with.

    P.S. I have two side arms listed on my CCW, a Para-Ordnance P-12 .45 and a 2 1/4" SP-101.

Fuck him, he's got no balls. Kerry's not better. We're screwed either way, we need an actual man in the white house. Mike Ditka for president.

I used to carry a Glock 45, and liked it just fine. Now I switch between the glock and a Rueger, both of which do just fine at the range.

Even Bill Clinton admitted that it was the gun owners and the gun vote that won Bush the white house. And he's gonna turn his back on us? I really don't care one way or the other now if he supports it. Let him loose re-election. Like Wayne said, it's really in the hands of Congress and it's republican controlled. If Bush doesn't think it can loose him the election, he will find out.

Arnold's anti gun. He's a fiscal conservative but mostly liberal on social issues, including gun control.

As I've said before, I generally like GWB but he ain't too bright in some areas. He just can't bring himself to learn from the mistakes of his father. GHWB called the NRA a bunch of "jack booted thugs" and, see where it got him? These Bush boys need to pull their collective heads out of their asses or we're gonna end up with another eight years of Billary.
