    Is this Certification Authentic?

I'm looking for a site to take the exam to become certified as a personal trainer. I was wondering if this was an acceptable site to do it at. http://www.synergyfitnesspro.biz/about.asp

I don't care about the name, I have a gym offering to hire me as a PT if I get certified.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Agreed! I'd go with ISSA or another thats well respected. This gym may hire you regardless, but why not get one that will be useful beyond this gym?
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

I dont know if it would be useful for you, but I can tell you from experience that ISSA can do a payment plan to make it easier.

Disclaimer: I get nothing from ISSA for providing this info.

you get what you pay for.

wouldn't you rather have a certification that is worth something?

maybe down the road you might want to PT somewhere else, there are only a few organizations that are nationally recognized for PT certification, and that one you posted is not one of them.
