Hello ALBOB
Consider this my way of introducing myself. I'm a new kid on the block who just started with diet and body building January this year. I was 170 pounds in November 2003 and now I'm sitting at 143 pounds, I lost 2 inches around my waste so far and my trainer says she can see some nice muscle toan happening.
I'm a 38 year old single mom of 2 terrible teenagers and I work in Government Administration. I come in here to read up on body building stuff and sometimes find a moment or 2 to laugh a little before I go back to my routine... Reports Reports Reports...
That's all for now but I'll be around the board...
