its b/c no one deos anything that makes sense, thats not what e base our decisions on, which is absolutely ridiclous to me personally. WHY THE HELL ARENT' WE DOIN THINGS THAT MAKE SENSE??? CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME?? Instead decisions and laws are based on what is financially prosperous despite how bad it will be in the future for us, or maybe b/c of some political coerrsion, or sum other BS. way to go gov! idiots.
