I want to know why people feel the need to overexpose themselves. Case in point the Jessica Simpson Nick Lachey Variety show fiasco. Who didn't know this would flop? Jessica Simpson is funny when she is being herself, not doing little skits. Newlyweds was funny, the variety show had no chance to be funny.
Now we have the Simple Life 2 coming up. I never watched the first one, but hear it was quite funny. I don't see this premace working more than once in a decade, let alone in a year.
Why do people feel the need to immediately cash in on their fame? I would rather go out on top than be reduced to a has-been.If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Lol, yes, I was watching Oprah the other day, Lionel Richie and his daughter was on. He said he freaked out when he heard she had agreeed to do this "simple plan" thing, said that it was an insult to the family and such.
