The breast tissue around the "maggots" doesn't look red and inflamed or pussy like you would expect one of the points on which the last photo was said to be a hoax. I suspect this one is a hoax also. If you are unlucky enough to sever a toe or finger, maybe an ear or get a wound that just won't heal a maggot might then become your saving grace. At 1st I thought lactating women would be more suceptible but I think in their culture the older women nurse babies too to pacify them. It's probably scratching that makes the flesh penatrable. If you really wanna scare guys put an infested dick up there.
