I thought it would be kewl to open up a thread to discuss the new features of the Site update... The pros and cons .

I hated it at first, simply because I'm naturally resistant to change. I actually really like it now. I miss the Top 10 Posters link. I hope that comes back. I'm a geek and like to check it at the end of the night.

Yeah, I think most would feel the same Var.
Sudden change can be a shock at first, then you get used to it
And after finding all the benefits that the previous version didn't have, it tends to make you like it even more .

One think I don't like though is when you send a private message, it force feeds the receipt option to you. I think that should be turned off, but have an option that you can select it if you elect to. Having the popup come up all the time is a pain in the rear IMO.

I don't like that when you're scrolling down, the window pauses while the longass sig's scroll, it should keep on going and only scroll down the sig's if you click on them.

Yeah, I think I know what you mean Greek.
I think there is a way to turn off signatures, but then you won't see any of them.
That wouldn't be good either .

This poll thing is pretty fun, I never did it before.
But if you make a mistake in the poll, or see that you want to add another poll line, it doesn't seem to let you . Not sure if that was the same way in the other version or not. I think it should let the originator edit it

Unplug mouse, drop in garbage, plug in new mouse
Either that or maybe you have software manipulating your mouse and your button assignment mapping is screwed up

If you have another mouse laying around, the best way is to shutdown computer, replace mouse, and turn computer back on and test. Mouse is probably the culprit.

If you point your mouse arrow on the far right side and use the verticle scroll bar to scroll down I think it will fix your problem. If I click in the message area of the screen and use my wheel on my mouse to scroll down it will trigger the signatures to scroll as well.

This pisses me off, too. It happens when you use your scroller when the mouse is over the sig. Move the mouse pointer away from the sig and it wont happen. Still annoying the hell outta me though.

Well then you know that the hardware (mouse) works .
Mine works fine in the forum, so it's not Princes software in general.
There must be an option somewhere that you dinked with and possible turned off. I would check the software options.

Try signing in as a test user so it uses all the default settings, then see if it works.

RG69 : If you highlight a pic or text that you want to copy in some way, you can CTRL + C to copy it, to paste it somewhere, you can CTRL + V to paste.. let me know if it works ok for yas
