Hotels in NYC
I dont think I'm going to be ready for the Boston ISSA exam in June, so I'll be going to the one in Long Island in July. Anyone from the area have any recommendations on fairly inexpensive, decent hotels nearby? I dont know NYC at all, so I want to get this squared away as soon as I can. Thanks!

hmm... the price of the hotel on top of the price of the hooker does put you between a rock and a hard place, you can't really give up either. I recommend going to a visitor center and snatching some coupons for the hooker and maybe even the hotel.

I've been to NYC a few times. I used to live upstate. Basically, did all the touristy crap. I'd love to go sometime to check out the nightlife.

Put 150 dollars in your pocket, take the subway to the 42 street and walk from there to any direction. Walking in nyc after midnight is a great experience.

Not really. Although Central Park can be dangerous at night, a lot of it is beautiful with a full moon. I would avoid the fisrt and last cars on the subway. Order than that you should be fine.
