Hanz, do you have the CFT? It sounds like you are working on it. Get that first, then work on the more specific courses/certs. I just finished my CFT and have to say I learned a lot. ISSA exceeded my expectations.

I'm going to start the CTF....I hope you're right, and that it's not only the simple stuff, I can't wait....hopefully there is a lot of physiology to learn too- The mail people are dragging...any chance you remember how long it was before it was delivered, or who brought it: UPS, FedEx, USPS?

I am working on the SPN, I have been very lazy about it too. So far the book is great.

Defnitely focus on the CFT first though, cause you have to earn points to renew the CFT and you can use the SPN course for that.

I had a sport nutrition certification but never used it. The gym I worked at didn't want me to give out nutrition info because they could be held liable. When I started doing it on my own, people never took the advice anyway, so I saved my breath.

It is very informative, though and helped me out personally. I would do what RD said and save it for a CEU so that you aren't paying a fortune taking 7 different courses.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

sounds good guys.....I know what it's like to give nutritional advice, it's like talking to a wall....i guess they don't see how big a part it is to your body-

I'll wait it out, and hopefully finish my degree, which will be better than a certification-

    Thanks,

I went to the Boston seminar/exam this past weekend. Absolutely amazing! I learned so much and Dr. Barnathan completely blew my mind. I highly recommend you check out a seminar if you can!
