    Good comeback... AND the truth!

One of my sons serves in the military. He is still stateside, here in California. He called me yesterday to let me know how warm and welcoming people were to him, and his troops, everywhere he goes, telling me how people shake their hands, and thank them for being willing to serve, and fight, for not only our own freedoms but so that others may have them also.
But he also told me about an incident in the grocery store he stopped at yesterday, on his way home from the base. He said that ahead of several people in front of him stood a woman dressed in a burkha. He said when she got to the cashier she loudly remarked about the US flag lapel pin the cashier wore on her smock.
The cashier reached up and touched the pin, and said proudly, "yes, I always wear it and I probably always will." The woman in the burkha then asked the cashier when she was going to stop bombing her countrymen, explaining that she was Iraqi.
A gentleman standing behind my son stepped forward, putting his arm
around my son's shoulders, and nodding towards my son, said in a calm and gentle voice to the Iraqi woman: "Lady, hundreds of thousands of men and women like this young man have fought and died so that YOU could stand here, in MY country and accuse a check-out cashier of bombing YOUR countrymen. It is my belief that had you been this outspoken in YOUR own country, we wouldn't need to be there today. But, hey, if you have now learned how to speak out so loudly and clearly, I'll gladly buy you a ticket and pay your way back to Iraq so you can straighten out the mess in YOUR country that you are obviously here in MY country to avoid."

    Everyone within hearing distance cheered.

Well if the old broad in the burkha aint happy with America she can always go back and herd goats in the old country. Its used to be immigrants used to come here and be grateful, nowdays many come here and do nothing but bitch. Worse of all are many of the home grown leftists who do nothing but bad mouth their country and the troops who have fought and died for THEIR freedom. Most are nothing but a bunch of whiney ass mommies boys & girls whov done nothing but take their whole sorry ass lives and allow the UN and world liberal collective, their media stooges, and ex-hippie college professors mindscrew their mush-heads into hating their own country.

As far as Im concerned Premiers kid, and those like him, are heros. This Iraqi refugee was lucky I wasnt in line next to her. She would have gotten an earfull let me tell you...................take care..........Rich

I agree, if you don't like it here, leave.

That was not Premier's son, it was emailed to him. I actually doubt that this really occured, it seems too perfect, kinda like that story about the valedictorian who was gonna commit suicide but his future best friend saved him.

LOL! Premier woulda had to have a son by the time he was 3 years old! Nice email Jake, thanks for sharing!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Yeah, interesting story and nice sentiment but I doubt it actually happened. I'll bet that most Iraqi refugees that live here love and appreciate the freedom of America.

More likely that the woman in the burkha actually was the cashier, and nobody understood a damn thing she said (political or otherwise).
