Hey guys, she could be innocent (until proven guilty). Would not be the first time a fantasizing "peeping tom" make a charge to impress his buddies or tried to extort sex.

I have never understood how legally any of these kind of charges stick. It’s all hearsay and circumstantial evidence based on the probability that the kid should not have know personal information about her. This could have been obtained in many ways – from an ex-husband, a jealous old boyfriend, a tattoo artist that told the kids he gave them to her, an old picture on the internet or from her college days etc. etc.

There seems to be a lot of this going on in the last few years and I am more inclined to think its “wanna be’s” trying to make a name for themselves. There are probably a lot of innocent teachers who’s careers and lives are forever ruined over false charges.

Uhhhhhh, dontcha know women only want gender equality when it benefits them? I could just see going out on a date and a chick going, "No Dale, we are at an age where we are equals. Where our paychecks are coming closer and closer in content and women are climbing the corporate ladder as easily as men. I think that it would only be fair if we split the bill.
