    cheap cd player

    looking for a realllly cheap cd player that has good skip protection

    anyone have any ideas/recommendations?

    why not get an mp3 player and just burn your cd's to it? theyre pretty cheap now... and its kind of silly to buy a cd player now when its obsolete technology =/

    by cheap mp3 player you mean 150 - 450

    thats not cheap for me, im at a major university which costs A LOT of money !

    i need something cheap, 60 - 100 $

    Wal-Mart, I just bought my son a pretty decent one for around $30

    I agree. I have a radio/CD player on my desk at work that I bought at Walmart for like $60. It's a Phillips brand. It's not bad! Of course, if Balla is looking for something portable like a walkman, this won't help too much.

    Wal-Mart sells Sony Walkmans, I think we ended up buying a Memorex or RCA, cannot remember, but it was a little portable cd player, had that skip protection and also an FM tuner built in.
