Go to training and do a search. Cheat days are usually a regular part of peoples diets, but when, and how much are very different per person.
does one cheat day affect my diet?

Dude, in a cheat day I can pound 6500+ calories. In a single cheat meal (more like a binge) I think my record is around 3400ish. Generally I tried to hold my cheat meals to around 2400 calories max.
If you are trying to remain in ketosis the whole week or something on 1500 calories a day, and you go to 3000 calories cheating then of COURSE it will impact your body, common sense!
Now if you are a diet facist and feel guilty about chewing sugar free gum, then a cheat is hardly going to be noticeable.
diet Nazis...
yeah, i love women who put the heading " canadian Hottie " . then they laugh when all the guys come running in to take a look at the pics.. and of course, our hottie has no pics in there... i am going back to j'bo.
So where is this Candanian hottie?

1 pizza from the grocer and 1/4 gallon of mint chip or cookie dough ice cream, or 4 double cheeseburgers from Burger King and a large chocolate shake.

Or I could do, one smaller pizza (1200ish calories), 2 liters of soda, and a half gallon of ice cream (2240ish calories), I know I could put that down back then but not sure about now. Right now my cheats are much much smaller, since I'm not bulking.Originally Posted by P-funk
Really those are more like binges than cheats, but yeah if you throw in fast food and/or soda, you can bulk till no end.
When I had a hard time eating big because I came off a hardcore caloric deficit, I was pounding donuts and corn dogs as part of my diet. Hot pockets aren't bad either.
