    ideal temp

I have lived in apartments and houses with others and I always need the A/C set to a temp roughly around 67-68 degrees-

me and my roomate would war with the temps at night while we tried to sleep, and I would wake up whenever the A/C was turned off-

basically it sucks b/c i'm always hot----

anyone else have this problem, what are your ideal coldness temps during summer.....

I'm always hot myself too. I need things roughly around 68-70 degrees.

this is the one thing i adore about my apartment. FREE air conditioning! i set it at 65 at night so I can pile on the blankets. I hate being hot when I sleep.

Same here! I'm ALWAYS hot! Drives my gf crazy. 65 is ideal for me. 70 is the max before I start getting irritable.

    irritable......i know what you mean...

I get really cranky- the only time i like heat is when I'm working out----I personally can't stand the fans at the gym....

i'm thinking about buying my own A/C unit even with central air

I have an A/C in my bedroom which is way bigger than I need. I keep it on high all night. I love being cold.

I hate working out in the heat, too actually. I wish it could be 65 degrees year round, everywhere!

Jeezus you guys must be cold blooded if you like it that hot! At 65 degrees I am still sweating just walking down the fucking street! I wish we could have 45-50 degrees year round! then I could comfortably be in t-shirt and jeans!

Actually, you might be right, P. 65 gets a little warm too. I'd be happy with 55-60 year round. I prefer jeans to shorts.

worst part about the heat is that I sweat and it makes me really uncomfortable because my thighs rub together when I walk.

It just about doesn't drop below 72º where I live, so I walk around topless and in shorts almost all the time.

I like it about 69-70 all year round. I can't sleep if it's hot.
