Short story: They take waste and super heat and pressurize it and it breaks down into oil.
Can be used for fuel. I wouldn't like to see that for environmental reasons, but we have others uses for oil such as plastics, asphalt and lubricants for machinery.Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles

no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts

that is very interesting but not what I was thinking... I thought you wer offering to oil... oh well, I hope people read to the end so they understand the important part.
