B. wearing tight clothes to hide manboobs/fat is lame.

A. Ab belts are a must if you want serious abs, i hear everyone is airbrushed or wears an offseason abbelt. I usually wear one while i binge on 2 boxes of fruity pebbles and it keeps it from going on my abs.

Im not looking for a mirricle solution i could just use a little extra help on the hips and belly for tonning was wondering if its worth paying for an AB belt.

I dont wanna buy 1 if its useless
