I am a huge star wars fan. So far I have been disapointed with the prequels. I don't consider them to be in the same boat as the original start wars. they are sompletey different movies IMO.

I love Star Wars myself as I grew up with the original Star Wars.

One of the main aspects I don't like about the new prequels is that they use mostly computer generated items & vehicles.

In the original they always used models which are real structures therefore giving a much more realistic look.

I'm not saying what they do with computers isn't cool as it's amazing, but it's just not the same.

I am somewhat disapointed by the prequels, but I still enjoyed them & thought they were well done.

Besides it's interesting to see how everything happened on screen.

I've heard rumors that there will be Star Wars Episode's 7, 8 & 9 from the books that take place after Return of The Jedi with Luke being 60yrs old & Han Solo/Princess Layla married with twin Jedi offspring in their 40's or 50's.

I've heard they will most likely use the original actors from the original Star Wars Trilogy as they will fit the ages perfectly according to the books.

& I've also heard that George Lucas may do all 3 himself.

This would be really interesting to see but they'd better get started pretty soon if that's the plan.

There was so much hype about the Phantom movie that came out in 1999, that I didn't even go and see it. The film was mediocre so Lucas had to sell it.

Stars and Empire Strikes rock, but the rest, just ain't the same.

They ought to castrate Lucas for those shitty-ass prequels. If this one sucks like the last two, heads will roll.

I admit the prequels are no match for the original 3, but I still enjoyed them.

But I think the name of Episode 3 is cool: Revenge of The Sith

What did you think of the guys they had dressed up as a storm trooper, a biker scout, & the emperor's guard in red all while hold the T-Shirt?

I always wanted those costumes when I was a kid.

    Probably pretty expensive.

Episodes 1 and 2 utterly SUCKED. The acting and dialogue were terrible. I am a huge fan of Epiodes 4-6, but 1 and 2 really turned me off. I will probably give into the hype and see Episode 3 because I am a whore, but I am not that excited about it.

Max, I think all of us are hoping Lucas will rediscover some of his old magic and deliver another good flick. At least I am still holding out hope.

I see plans for another Indiana Jones movie have been cancelled because the key players can not agree on the script. That's probably a good thing or another "Temple of Doom" might have been upon us.

I've just just recently heard that the film has already started & they're working on it already with Harrisson Ford & Sean Connery.

& even with starting the film if there are some script problems, I know they will be worked out as both Ford & Connery & Lucas want to do the picture.

This century needs an Indianna Jones film.

The best way would be to form a comprise on what the actors want & what Lucas wants & meet inbetween & I'm sure the end result will be great.

Isn't Ford a little to old to carry that kind of action flick these days? It'll be quite a stretch to make him look believable.

Na, he's ageless at this point. All he needs to do is train & eat for it & he will be fine.

& even if age catches up a little bit, I'm sure they'll find a way of making it look believable. Or maybe they will incorporate that into the film with humor or something.

COOL. I did a quick Google search and I see the film is still on. Also, it's being directed by Steven Spielberg.

But I'm sure George Lucas will take part in the film as those 2 are amazing together.
