190?
So, what did you guys think of Edward Norton in AHX? Pretty yoked up?
Said he gained 30 lbs. of muscle in 3 months with a high protein diet. lol.
I would put him @ about 185-190 lbs. in the movie, standing @ around 6'0 - 6'1".

190?

Wild guess. That's not one of the best pics, though.

I think promo's have a much higher probablity of being air brushed than a frame out of the movie.

I absolutely loved AHX, one of the best movies that I have ever seen in my life. Edward Norton was definitely larger than he usually is, probably around 6'1" 180-185 like someone already said IMO.
Stats!
23 years old, 5'11.5", 206 lbs., ~8% bodyfat
380/455/655 bench/squat/deadlift (current)
405/495/675 bench/squat/deadlift (goals)
The M.J.H. Chronicles
Yeah I can easily see him goin 180-185, just because of how tall he is.

i guess 185- 190 is it then. I'm a horrilbe guesser. Regardless of size, I think Ed is an awesome actor.

Yup, I own the movie. Fucking awesome. I would also say 180-190. He looked like hell in fight club...
I like his first movie "Primal Fear". Its on of the best acting jobs that he has done. He is one of, if not my fav actor.

6 foot 190 is not yoked by any stretch of the imagination. Add 100 pounds to that, then he can get YOKED on his license plates.

I'm still not all that and I have zero problems admitting it, I'd like to hit 300 but even then that is not "all that." Trevor Smith was 410 and about an inch shorter than myself, 10% bodyfat, but I know I am not going to be on that level because of what it requires.
But I still look at myself and am not all that impressed, but 190? Damn.
To each thier own, whatever makes people happy - but 190 to me is stickly.
One of my gym buddies was happy with 5'8" 205 and he was maybe 11/12% bodyfat.

How skinny is skinny? lmao

Edward Norton, on average, is around 155 lbs. I've seen in articles where he gained 30-35 pounds of muscle in 3 months (for AHX). I personally, want to have a lower bodyfat. You might think 300 lbs. @ 20% bodyfat is cool. It depends on the person.

No, but 410 @ 10% is pretty damn big. Where in the hell did you pull 20% from?
