Ive seen a few people complaining about this. Seems like youre better off just waiting for 1fast to carry whatever you want.

Ya, but 1fast doesn't have the 3 package deals like Avant does. My confirmations always are immediate or within 2 days though.

how long did it take for u to get ur shipment?

Not positive, but maybe a week. Definitely no longer than two though. That could have been because I ordered some stuff before it was out on the market like Phenogen.

I have a couple of times. The first time the stuff arrived before the confirmation email, second I got confirmation in a day or two.

Send an email to orders@avantlabs.com and cc me (twinpeak@avantlabs.com) and I'll make sure you get a status update. Our customer service rep is generally very good, but from time to time gets bombarded with emails. Realize that as a manufacturer, we ordinarily don't get many direct orders, and all of the new products has changed that for the time being.

Another note of importance, right now, it is only set up to send you a confirmation when your order goes through, not when it ships. You have to inquire to get a tracking number.

We asked our webguy to get this remedied in like March -- don't think it will ever actually happen,

But as said, we normally do not have anywhere close to the volume of orders directly from the sitet hat we have had the last 4-5 months, because we do not normally have 5-6 betas our for 4-5 months -- plus, we had a huge sale to celebrate the 20th issue of our mag.

We have most of our new stuff out now, so several retailers have it, and many more will soon.
