Thread: 480-Pound Woman Dies After Six Years On Couch

That's messed up! She lived just down the street from my mother.

she was 4' 10" at 480lbs!

Emergency workers had to remove some sliding glass doors and lift the couch, with Grinds still on it, to a trailer behind a pickup truck. Removing her from the couch would be too painful, since her body was grafted to the fabric. After years of staying put, her skin had literally become one with the sofa and had to be surgically removed.

To think.......such a delicate flower hidden away all these years......what a waste!

480 pounds, WHEW!

She probably ate the couch and it got stuck in her bunghole as she was shitting it out.

I once had to haul a guy who was almost 500lbs alive and had been dead for over a week. He was mostly melted and simply oozing with maggots. His fluids had dripped into apartments two floors under his, "thats how we got the call". The guy had a cat that had been feeding off him to avoid starvation. It was like a house of horrors.

Even worse we were on the way to lunch when we got the call. We ate later, I had steak tartare with some yellow rice that seemed to wiggle on its own....................take care................Rich

Dam, she couldnt even get up to go to the bathroom. I wonder how she held it in for 6yrs.

Some or all of that family should be arrested. She sure as hell didn't hook up that plumbing and she wasn't exactly WALKING to the local grocery store for vittles. Her own family killed her verrrrrrrrrrrry slowly.

Either that, or one of you guys dumped her after she placed last in a figure contest, and she never stopped cryin' and eating the Boston Creme Pie. . .

It's really a sad story. . .and I think I'm agreeing with AlBob on this one.

That is sick. It amazes me how people can get that huge and then drop dead from it. I recently heard something about someone finding a man over 1,000 pounds but he was hospitalized and lost some weight.

I just saw something on the news about some fat bastard who was 1,000 lbs and now he is down to around 750, eating 1200 cals/day.

his family should be taken outside and shot...
