Yeah, when she is about 10 lbs heavier, like now, she is a real bombshell! Curves to kill for, but yes, the boobs were bought and paid for. Unfortunately, for gals that get that lean, they lose almost all of their breast tissue at show time and need to get implants (being that the current climate in fitness competition/modeling calls for having nice boobs). But I must say about Danielle, that every show she goes to, she draws so much attention from photographers that want to do shoots with her.

She is a very nice person and a fantastic trainer herself at one of Florida's hottest gyms! She will go far in anything she does.

Sort of. Since I was actually training her...well, we were really training together...I used VERY SPECIFIC workouts with her based on how each bodypart was responding, what her strengths and weaknesses were, where we were in her diet, and many other things. P/RR/S was the basic model, but I tweaked it at every workout.

I get it... I suppose that is the major advantage of training someone in person, being able to change workout on the fly. Anyway.... she looks really strong.

Yup, thats a major advantage! So, you want to try and lure me back to living in NY so I can train you in person!?

She IS strong...some of her better lifts are...

-35 lb strict alternating dumbell curls for 6-8
-75 lb one arm rows for 12
-5 forty five lb plates on each side of the leg press for 12 deep reps
-55 lb dumbell bench presses for 8-10
