    Hey Lil Tiny Swole, i think you accidently added an extra digit to all of your measurements. Learn to type. Listen Pinnochio if those things are 18" then i have 600" arms. If you added 16" to your arms, they still wouldn't be 18. This is a fitness forum, not a compulsive liars unite board.
