welcome back!
If anyone remembers me...been a full season of training, injury and recreation. Thought I'd say hi.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

welcome back!

Hmm...well, here's a brief synopsis of the past six months or so...
Quit my full time job
Moved
Got a cat (abandoned)
Raced: 3 5k's, a 10k, a 1/2 marathon (21k), 3 duathlons and 1 Olympic Triathlon
Right now I'm still PT'ing - almost up to full time and working on developing a line of instructional/educational videos. Took a few courses towards my second degree.
So I guess not much...you?

I had a great summer on the back of the motorbike, enjoyed not having our room-mate around all the time (that will soon change), he is coming back in a week or so, grumble grumble... I spent the last month by myself working Monday to Friday and on weekends I played some mini-put with my children and took a motorcycle course and Passed!! Now I'm looking at bikes in a different way. I might buy one, but I will only buy what I want not what I don't want. Next I have to look for another place to stay because the people we are renting from are coming back and we have to move.
