Well most of you know by now that i competed in my very first comp last Sunday and came out on top
I just wanted say say a big thankyou to everyone that makes this site possible!!!
I strongly doubt that i would of come this far if it wasn't for the interaction here, the most increadible training system in the world that is posted here, diet advice, the encouragement, the guys that visit my journal
thanks a tonne 
I have found some really good mates here and i want you guys and gals to know how much i appreciate you
To all the Mod's and big Rob... keep up the awesome work
You guys are changing peoples lives
