I think its pretty pointless. Now theyll just end up burning down the prison from trying to smoke toilet paper rolled into a joint.

Well let all the guards & prison staff out of there before the fire, & maybe they'll do the justice system a favor LOLI think its pretty pointless. Now theyll just end up burning down the
