BC, are you serious? That draft issue is complete non-sense. You need to read up on that...NO ONE wants a draft. Not Bush, not the military...no one.
It is a made up issue.

That's not EXACTLY true. There are bills in both the House and Senate to re-introduce the draft. Both bills were sponsored by Democrats.

Senator Chuck Hagel (Republican from Nebraska), appearing on NBC television’s “Today Show” on Wednesday, said that mandatory military service had to be considered in the face of what he described as a “generational war against terrorism.”
Hagel’s remarks on the “Today Show” echoed his statement to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee the day before, when he argued that conscription would force “our citizens to understand the intensity and depth of challenges we face.”
This link says no way according to the White House and that it is a Democtrat's idea
There is some stuff out there but I have not seen anything credible yet. If anyone does come with a credible source please post a new thread so we can all look it over.
I think these guys are a bunch of crack pots ... but who am I?
