I just wanted to say that I just spent 3 hours on Instant messenger talking to shutupntrai1n and I have to say that it was one wonderful experience. What a beautiful personality full of life and spunk. I have to say that she is a remarkable gal who has overcome a major physical transformation over a single year that anyone would have to be impressed. She dropped from 170 pound down to a size 3 and looks amazing expecially when you take into account the length of time in which she did it. At this pace, she'll be Miss Olympia in 2 years!!!! Anyway if you ever get a chance to chat with her you won't be sorry. She will certainly raise your spirits and make you laugh.
