Talked to Mike Berg today on the Phone!

Hey guys and gals. What a cool 2 days on here I've had. I have to thank Robert D. (Prince) for this site for real. This site and the people here made my entire weekend.
1. I got to talk to talk to Shutupandtrain for 3 hours on Instant messenger. Talked about life, New Jersey living, Training and friends etc. It was an awesome conversation.

2. I received a call today earlier today from Mike Berg owner of milleniumfitness.com an online supplement store that I met here. What another hell of a nice guy. We talked about our training after 40 (age) personal set backs, the supplement market today compared to days of old and just some plain chit chat. And NOT once did he make a pitch for his site or push a product to me. It was nothing more then a "Hi nice to finally speak to you call" A real class act guy. For the record,,, and this is from me not him, give his online store a look see. His prices are not only competitive but lower then many products over at bodybuilding.com See for yourself.

3. (last but NEVER LEAST) My good friend Tank just hooked me up with his interpretation of GOPRO'S: POWER/REP RANGE/SHOCK PART 2 Not the finished Gopro product but man I'm flying high right now.

I can't wait to get home from work, put on my training gear including my new Milleniumfitness Tshirt compliments of Mike Berg, look at that hot pic of SHUTUPANDTRAIN for added motivation, and then do DAY 1 CHEST P/RR/S Part II !!!!!
Life is good. (sorry for rambling peeps but I'm just in a fuqing good mood)

And I'm hoping that will be the level your on there Spike your ripped to the bone sob you!!! lol You look great man. NY huu? Not that far from me!!! Have to keep that in mind for when I'm ever coming up that way. Hit the gym together maybe.

Fire honey, I'm sorry. I tend to use AIM more than yahoo, I almost never look at my list on yahoo. Do you have AIM?

Jodie! I have msn messenger too, I have it all, even tho like I mentionned I stick mostly to AIM for chatting. Yahoo for webcams, MSN for hotmail. PM me your email addy for MSN and I can add ya honey

AIM? I have that too but no friends on there to talk too just co-workers for work stuff. In fact I can't remember the last time we used it.

Thanks Tank. You were a huge help. I altered that workout around a little bit because I don't have all those happy machines and such but for the most part I'm all set. A few more weeks on Phase 1 PrrS and I'm starting it. Can't wait to give it a go. Your the man. Thanks again buddy.
