    around 315 on all compounds for chest, maybe 400 for t-bar rows for back and maybe 60-70 lb db's for biceps. I haven't seen him train legs in a while. but obvisouly he does, maybe he does them at home. he doesn't carry a log so it seems as if he trains instinctively at least for pre-comp
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    lol i dont consider 315 light...but for him i can see that as light
