around 315 on all compounds for chest, maybe 400 for t-bar rows for back and maybe 60-70 lb db's for biceps. I haven't seen him train legs in a while. but obvisouly he does, maybe he does them at home. he doesn't carry a log so it seems as if he trains instinctively at least for pre-compOriginally Posted by myCATpowerlifts
