I'll keep it short and sweet.

I like Bush. I like 90 percent of what he has accomplished.

I agree with more policies than I disagree with.

I will vote for Bush.

I would have said the same thing 3 weeks ago. But the debates have really done a number one many people.

I still think Bush will win, but it will be another close election.

What's funny, and that nobody realizes, is that while te electoral college stops a few states from dictating the gubment, it also ensures that this election will be decided, again, by Florida.

And that sucks cause those Florida folk can't do anything right.

yay.

Given the choices - hands down Bush.

Mr. "I have a Plan for everything you can think of Kerry" is a complete imbecile. All he can offer is the same bunch of bs in the style of Clinton. He attacks everything, promises what he thinks the majority want to hear and has no clue how to fund it. The only principals he possesses are "me first" and "tax the rich". My God that tune is getting old. The government can't run the post office effectively how the hell does he expect to take care of the whole country with his gargantuan government he is going to need to manage all his programs? Sure, put everyone working for the gov to get employment up. What brilliance, not. Who the hell is going to pay for all his bs? He has produced less than half a dozen bills in his 20+ years of politics and is out to lunch on all the important things. He is a complete failure and an incompetent who based on his track record has ZERO credibility. How the hell can any sane individual expect him to get any of his hundred of plans he carries around in dream suitcase passed by a Republican controlled house and senate? He is pragmatically crippled by his own incompetence and his ineffectiveness as a leader. "Tax the rich" - yeah easy for him say as he marries a billionairess to put a silver spoon in his big mouth. What a con-man. Some of you guys need to wake up and smell the coffee if you think Kerry has anything to offer the country. God help us if the welfare moms and the inner city "I want a handout" people can get out to vote and put this man in office.

Tax the Rich? No Robin Hood. I say tax stupidity and export Democrats to solve this country's economic woes.

Florida will decide it and it will definitely go Bush.

Both candidates will not solve the long-term problems America is facing.

Social Security

Prescription drug costs

Medicare

Declining wages

Outsourcing

Taxes (cannot be cut now) (The Bush tax-cut was a joke. It wasn't even a tax cut at all.)

* By focusing on your favorite candidate, be it Bush or Kerry we are all missing the point: There will NOT be any positive improvements to the long-terms challenges because no is 1. willing to deal with them, and 2. It is too difficult to do, now.

I agree on most of this snafu. But you know what? The presidency is not all that powerful of a position in this country anyway. People love to be pacified by all these politicians pushing these kind of hot topic buttons but they have nearly zero power to do anything about it. "We the people to form a more perfect union" (not) took a lot of power away from government because we have always been paranoid about big government (as well we should be). This was the entire reason the colonist left Europe to come here - big, non-representative government does not work! History has shown this over and over and over. Even in a Democracy, once government becomes large (as it will under the perverted vision of the Democrats) there is no longer much notion of "we the people" because we all work for the government and it all devolves to a socialistic system with very little wage differentiation and no incentive to invent or improve anything or get ahead. The people essentially have no representation since we all work mostly for the same people (government) and we all get content, fat and lazy, sucking the government cow tit. What made this country great was innovation and market motivation to constantly improve quality of life.

The obesity epidemic in this country reflects precisely our problem and how everyone just wants to take take take. We have gone from a country of rugged pioneers and independents that would rather die than let someone else take care of them to a country of wimps. Everyone wants someone else to take care of them, to pay for their fat asses and to be served. Guess what? That pragmatically means that people would rather trade in their individual freedoms and trust incompetent government (made up of your incompetent neighbors - look around is that what anyone wants managing your lives) government to take care of them. Big government can not ever work.

Each Item comments rapidly:

Social Security : The big lie created by Democrats was the hook to get people to trust government and give up their freedoms. The idea was pay little and get more back - typical demagoguery that old people fall for. Sit down and calculate how many millions of dollars you woul have if you were forced to invest your social security contributions into your own investment program - you would me a multi-millionaire at retirement!! Think you will ever get any of that from SS? NO! They want you to die early and are playing with the actuary tables to insure you never get more than 30-40% of what you paid in. The best thing that could happen in this country would be to phase out SS completely and force the government to only fund things it can afford rather than use this fund as a bank and steal it from us and use it as a political button to scare old people during elections.

Prescription Drug Costs: Cut me a break. 80% of this problem is people not taking care of themselves and getting fat and run down and vulnerable to other diseases (diabetics, hyper tension, loss of bone density and joint pains, life style choices [AIDS], etc. etc.). The motivations should be for people to take care of themselves not drug themselves into oblivion. The other problem is that people want to be immortal - the human body was not designed to be artificially sustained with drugs 10-15 years after when they should have died had medicines not been available. I am tried of paying for heart transplants, and organ transplants of decrepit fat and obese old people in their 70's and 80's just so they can life 4-5 more years under constant medical attention. Again, take care of yourself and live longer.

Medicare: Insure yourselves - take care of yourself and only purchase catastrophic insurance for the big problems - its not that expensive with large deductibles. People want government to pay for every small little doctor visit. Go to the doctor only when you have major problems not for every snotty nose run cold etc.

Declining Wages: Government can't control this. This is a world phenomenon and is caused by the fact that we are now a global community. Third world countries will work for a fraction of what we are paid. Every-time you buy something less expensive than something built by our expensive labor you re voting to export jobs. That is life and people will want to save money My advise is get a job that is not based on physical labor or simple assembly since there are literally billions of laborers in the world who would be happy making 1-2 $/hr. Frankly those jobs do no require much intelligence and you will be better off moving up the economic ladder on a higher plane of intelligence. The truth is this country is no longer growing like it was in its early history and most people have the basics for what they need and don't need to purchase much more. So the need for fundamental "things" is not as high as it was and people are now buying "ego" things - fancy cars, boats, toys etc. Sorry but this is the fact of life in any market driven economy.

Outsourcing: see above. We all vote for outsourcing each and every time you buy a foreign made product that is less expensive than one made3 in the USA. This can not be stopped by government only slowed down artificially by intrusive tax laws that will result in you and I all paying more for items built here (that often times of less quality).

Bottom line: We want less government since they are no longer in control of the world economy. The only thing we need government for is waging war and protecting people. The current economic reality of the world are such that we can expect more and more wars as each country expands its influence into our traditional turf and starts to flex economic muscle to demand a bigger tit on the USA's capital cow and we start pushing back.
