    ^ I check Rasmussen reports everyday. Good polling in general, but there are differences among all of the polling organizations, and it's a bit disturbing.

    Obviously many candidates are more conservative, and liberal than others, but pigeon-holing is dangerous oft-times.

    The "conservative" and "liberal" labels are outdates today and have been since about 1990.

    The politcal paradign in the U.S. has changed.

    Due in most part, to Clinton's "Triangulation," policies.

    i dont unserstand this thread...i thought we all knew bush was conservative and kerry was liberal?? whats the big news flash here?

    The point is that since the debates, people see Bush more conservative than thought and Kerry more liberal than thought. Too far to either side IMO is bad. And I think the conservative and liberal labels are more prevalent now than ever. It's obvious as to how the country has been split the last 4 years.
