Think of Dubya as a Corporate Robin Hood. He showers large corporations with massive tax breaks and gives 40% of tax cut allocations to the highest earning Americans.

Kind of a Bizarro Robin Hood, steal from the poor give to the rich. Cause you know that the tax cuts he gave the the upper 2% will now rest on the shoulders of the lower middle class over the next decade.
