My money says she and OReilly had an affair of somesort, and she was perfectly comfortable, at the time, talking about these things. Shes probably just after fame and money.

I think both O'Reilly and the woman are probably guilty. If you read the story, you'll see that she quit working for O'Rielly to accept a higher paying job at CNN. Then she came back to O'Rielly, even though (she claims) he had previously sexually harrassed her. During her time at CNN, one of the bosses (at CNN) was sued for a large sum in a sexual harrassment case and lost. I think this woman may have returned to Fox in hopes of collecting on a similar case.

As for O'Rielly, I used to watch his show last year. There was a very attractive black woman who used to come on camera and discuss issues with him. I noticed then, that his comments to her probably bordered on harrassment. Every time she was on, he'd make at least two sexual innuendos. She laughed and played along, but in today's world, that's like playing with fire.
