    Pretty fat

Ok I'll be the first one to show a pic of me fat

And to think I kept getting bigger and bigger, I've changed so much, hard to ever picture myself being that big, not to mention I no longer let me mom cut my mom cut my hair ( my god those were god awful, she would do it to my brother and me, she thought it looked "cute never mind the years of names ...heh o well now I got fairly long hair that everyone loves and pets cause it's soft ). Face sill gets that red, if not reder, though whenever I do any exercise thats why I don't like working out with people .

HOLY CRAP JLB!!!! I knew you are totally fit and rock solid, but I had no idea you'd accomplished all of that in less than a year! WOWOWOWOW! I've seen this photo (or one like it?), and thought it was from a long time ago.

    Awesome. Truly awesome.

I don't have pics I can post from when I was fat but I lost 55 pounds and turned into a skinny little mofo. Then I bulked back up 20 and now I'm back down another 15 or so. From 217 at my peak with a 40 inch waist to now about 170 with a 31 inch waist. Damn love handles still won't go away.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

This was a Islands of Adventure in Orlando. That's at the spiderman ride. This guy comes up and "attacks/kidnaps" me for a photo op that my friends can laugh at later... I "playfully" attempted to defend myself by throwign a backfist punch to the groin. hahahaha. but apparently he's had that happen before and has quick reflexes.

Do you really? I am seriously wondering how realistic it is to stay below 12%bf over the winter. It is a struggle for me now that it is dipping into the 40's.Bbbbrrrrrrrrr
Here I am on my honeymoon at 5'4 148 pounds. I was really heavy when I had my first baby and tipped the scales at 200. I gained 75 pounds!
