    From CNN........

By a thin margin, Bush leads Kerry 48 percent to 45 percent today in a head-to-head matchup among likely voters

Yeah, the Clinton News Network. Those are the numbers I would have expected from MSNBC also.

Problem with online polls is that they do not include people without computers, most of which I would think would favor Kerry.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but why would you assume people without computers would vote for Kerry?

...maybe because Kerry voters are too dumb to use computers

I will catch hell for this I am sure, but if you cannot afford a computer, you must be on welfare, which is Kerry's biggest demographic.

Honestly, Kerry will do better with the lower class, which I am thinking very few have a computer and if they had access to one they would use it for something better than voting in an online poll.

I think this is going to be key. Who shows up and votes. Apparently higher numbers of college students have registered to vote in this election than normal. IF they actually vote it's reasonable to assume over 50% of those votes will be for Kerry.

Higher voter turn out usually favors Democrats b/c the old rich white Republicans always seem to show up at the polls.

How about people voting for Kerry are too busy living their life to play poll boosting games.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
