    pancake cheat night

    hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa tonight i get my cheat night i can fiiiiiiinnnnalllyyy afford to go crazy ( altho im having a hard time geting below 10 % bodyfat i seem to be stuck on it) anywayssssssssss im gona eat nice pancakes with a scoop of vanila ice cream and finish it off with some BERRY pie.... mmm mmmmmmmm leckaaaaaaaaaa

    I once started out a cheat day with a dish of:

    1 BOX of Eggo waffles
    topped with
    a banana
    candy corn
    a pint of ben and jerry's cherry garcia
    and syrup

    2 More weeks and I'm all over the Halloween Candy, especially the candy corn. Oh, and Bring on the Breakfast Buffet's!

    hahahahahhahahahaha, you guys are funny, hey P-funk i really dont like anything you mentioned but i KNOW VERY WELL how much you enjoy it when you get to eat it, the same way is here when i get to eat crazy amounts of fat and carbs... mmmm but i ussualy dont have a whole chat day, I have my normal lean diet all day long untill like 9pm and then i got out with my friends and eat all the shit they eat, like pizza or taco bell or we go to I-hop or whatever, or i take my girlfriend to a nice restourant, but that ussaly is my cheat day and i look forward to it all the time........... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i cant waitttttttt, ill be thinking of you guys when i bite into that pie,,, hehe

    I dont know if you guys have that feeling but whenever i walk into one of these placec i kinda feel weird like i dont belong there or something, thats why I always like to wear revieling clothers so i feel better about it, i dont know why do you guys feel that way??? i always look around to see if someone is looking at me, lol am I sick
