All you peeps hating can direct you hate towards me. I don't mind. I have a tough chin and large upper pecs. I will not cry and get you banned.
'top secret training' The advanced program is coming. I will teach you all how to isolate your upper/lower, innner/outer chests. Flat bench presses only to develope a big chest..hahahaha.
I will teach you to hit it hard from every angle; multiple times. over n over.
It will take you 6 weeks to build a upper chest so large you can use it as counter top space.
