Prosecutors said Dahlby was trying to kill his wife to start a new life with another woman.

Dahlby's wife, Mary, testified Tuesday her husband drew her bath after they spent the day taking a walk and a long motorcycle ride.

While she took her bath, her husband came into the bathroom and dropped the cord into the bath, she said.

She jumped out of the bath, but her husband tried to push her back in the tub, Mary Dahlby said. She got free and ran out of the bathroom.

Her husband, who also was convicted of intimidation of a victim, was scheduled for sentencing December 10.

Why are we prosecuting an obviously innocent man, when there are real criminals out there?

I am outraged. She obviously did something to him, perhaps shook up his beer or bought Miller instead of Bud.

Personally ... the waste of water needed to fill a bath tub would justify the behavior modification.

What's the matter with her? Can't she tell he's being honest? It's obvious that he wasn't trying to push her back in, rather he was trying to give her a jostling hug. Women can be such bitches sometimes!

And more importantly, what the hell was the lazy whore doing taking a bath?

There better have been dishes or laundry in there for her to do or she'd deserve a shock of volts.

Now that I think about it, what clean human being takes a bath these days? I mean, who wants to stew in their own filth? Isn't that counterproductive to getting clean, sitting in a tub full of water that u just cleaned yourself with? Why not just sit in the toilet?
