Bush says America will be safer with him as president. Kerry says the same thing. Osama says the preisdent doesn't matter, the policy does. Will policy change with Kerry? Maybe. Will Bush change policy? Maybe.

What really bothers me is that Bush keeps saying, "The terrorists are trying to take away our freedom." And then he signs the Patriot Act into law which effectively revokes many of our Constitutional freedoms. So while terrorists are trying, quite simply, to kill us. Bush is trying to make us less free. Put that in your thinking cap when deciding who to vote for.

My personal conspiracy theory is that Bin Laden is dead and this tape is a fake. It could favor either candidate, but I expect Bush to get a lift in the polls. It's a good distraction from Iraq and the FBI investigation.

BushCo would do this no doubt, but we need to see that rest of the world as they react. I would not trust our own governmet to varify this with all the corruption that prevails, but the entire planet will look this clip over ... we'll see.
