It's WAAAAAAY too early to start making victory/consession speeches.
Yeah, but after we see who wins theres going to be a big need for a "FUQ" thread. Figured Id get one started
Arent Democrats supposed to vote first in electoral votes though? Then Republicans the next day? I just read that somewhere, and mindlessly repeating.. It looks the other way around.
Me, or that estimate? Estimate certainly seems off, since Bush has been shown leading in electoral votes for a while now, and hes got a large chunk of the popular vote.
As for me, Im not optimistic, If Bush wins.. We have 4 more years of Bush.. If Kerry wins.. 4 Years of Kerry.
Hell yeah! Go Nader!!!! Id take Nader over these two for sure.
Oh, and I just saw somethig on Zogby's page
ZOGBY INTERNATIONAL
901 Broad Street, Utica, New York 13501 USA
That explains Kerry winning, by a huge number, at that And their other office..
1600 K Street, Suite 600, Washington,DC, 20006 USA
I realize its hard to fake Phone surveys, but it is do-able. For instance.. Call homes during the weekdays, during,"Soap opera" times, and you will likely get a female democrat to awnser. Estimates are pointless now though, We just have to wait and see what happens; and whoever gets selected or elected just look at their bright sides, and prepare for the dark side
Myself, for instance.. If Kerry wins, Ill but an AR-15 this week. If Bush wins, Ill double my christian bashing efforts.
AR-15's are sweet! You can shoot Ann Coulters and Carson Tuckers with them!
I dont get it. Im going to assume since you support Kerry, and you're talking about shooting people.. Sarcasm.
Just for the sake of posting it.. Yahoo now says
Zogby was on crack. Dubya has won Florida and Ohio will fall next.
Four more years of Dudya
It looks like he has Ohio.. Its really close though(well, not really. Bush has an almost 140,000 vote lead at 2,794,346, with 190,000 left to count); I see another court debocle coming our way, but at least this time it isnt Florida! Although, with what looks to be a large republican majority in the senate, I wouldnt mind Kerry winning.. Wish Clinton could have run again

Nah, Im not suprised at all. On many issues(But one I know very well- gun control) they use false polls like these to show,"the people" want this; to get a bill brought to the floor, for instance.
In the senate, it looks like Tom Daschle is out(w00t!), But I saw Charles Schumer made it back in(OMG, FUQ, HE WON, lol) But theres one I dont see that Im curious about.. anyone know if Diane Fienstien will be back?
EDIT:
California race for U.S. Senate 23103 of 24039 precincts - 96 percent
x- Barbara Boxer (i) Dem 5,493,710 - 58 percent
Bill Jones Rep 3,554,296 - 38 percent
Marsha Feinland PFP 185,967 - 2 percent
Jim Gray Lib 168,006 - 2 percent
Don Grundmann AIP 63,063 - 1 percent
doesnt look like it... WOOT!
I was actually suprised to see Bush got 44% vote in The Peoples Republic of Kalifornia, it give me hope for the west To bad he lost 90% to 9% in Washinton DC, rofl.
90% to 9% in DC is very surprising. That's what the most informed crowd did. Once again, states that have intelligent life in them support Dems. Although I'm not surprised, I am disappointed. What a shame...

Want me to play a violin for you?
Bottom line, he won the popular vote by a large margin. America has made it's decision.
