I don't have to stand behind anything. If I don't like it, then I am going to do my part to change it via protest. If I were to stand idly by while the country was run in a manner which I disagree with, then that would be unpatriotic.

    Welcome my son
    Welcome to the Machine
    Where have you been?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

That's right, you let the president know how to run the country. You're entitled to your opinion, but you could be making some real money as a presidential advisor.

hopefully one day we'll be a red state, but Chicago won't go quietly. All unions.

Yeah, it's just that easy to become a presidential advisor. It's not what I want to do for a living anyway. I do, however, feel that it is important to let my opinion be known. If every American did the same instead of declaring the act of vocalizing one's opinion as unpatriotic, or saying leave the country if you don't like the way it is, then we would live in a better place.
