Dude your such an idiot. The funny thing about the poll your mentioning regarding 76% of the world would not vote for Bush, the very same organization also asked the same people would they rather have a strong US president or a weak US president. Guess what, they chose weak. So what does that tell you flip boy, that the rest of the world views Bush as strong and Kerry as weak. The only bad thing is the liberal media didn't post this poll. Thank god for conservative talk radio.

I personally am not nearly as worried about oil prices as I am the price of steel. The auto industry is about to take a HUGE dump when the big 3 have to start re embursing suppliers with give backs. The economy is about to take a huge dive. And the fact that the republican party doesn't financially or morally back science related fields and development.... really doesn't bode well for the medical industries

I work in the oil (tanker shipping) industry, thats why I pay particular attention to it. Also, with the high price of gasoline and home heating oil, I think many other people care too.

Why will the auto industry have to give suppliers kickbacks?

For the past year the big 3 have been on a "we don't care" policy.

The suppliers give GM,Ford,DC a quote for their product around a year before Start of production. Nobody expected one year ago that the price of steel would more than double. The big three have to this date refused to take the hit. And that has been killing off component providers left and right. <---this is why jobs go over seas.

BUt that's not as scary as the fact that the big three are usually steel that doesn't meet spec... just because they can't find anything better. I predict huge recalls

I bet we'll dip in the 1.10-1.15 region compared to canadian. 3 years ago it was in the 1.56-1.60. Ironically, that's when it started to flop. I think it's around 1.25 right now

Thank you China. We bought millions of your Made In China "Toy American Flags" to fly proudly on our homes turned our SUV's into Flagships(just in case someone forgot which country they were born in) and you decided to use your new found economic boom to tackle progressive projects that are now eating up vast supplies of raw material and sending the cost of them into the dwindling ozone.

There is talk of it even reaching par in the next couple of years. Probably what will happen is devaluation of the US dollar to help with the continual increase in the debt.

Scary shit, either way! Doesn't matter who was elected last night, probably wouldn't make a damn of a difference.

China's GDP is meant to drop from 15% to 9% as it is expected they will cut back on some of there growth. Hopefully freeing up some of the Raw materials, and lowering Steel prices

I agree to some degree because the repub's still have both houses. So even if Kerry was elected, he'd really only have veto power. Our g'ment is fugged up.

I wouldn't be suprised if it when I par. MAYBE Bush'll raise my tuition to help him outta that hole? lol yea, that'll be the hot ticket.

    You know what I mean?
Err... candidates keep their campaign money. It doesnt just disappear after every election. That's how people like Kennedy in MA stay elected - they accrue massive war chests over the years, so any potential challenger would have to fight through walls of money to be able to challenge the entrenched incumbant.

it's funny how such a "stupid" guy is the most powerful man in the world.

elected twice. Either he's brilliant or the country is under a spell.

with all the talk of civil war being tossed around I betcha this conversation took place somewhere

"Mr. President, Senator Kerry has conceded!"

"Well dang. Someone set them up the bomb."

"Mr. President, he 'conceded,' not 'seceded.'"

I just retaliated to a completely childish comment with another one. I probably shouldn't have. Either way, Bush is a poor speaker that makes a lot of mistakes in the way he phrases things. Also, I wish he would learn how to say nuclear. God that pisses me off.

Well, at least he can take a position.......unlike Kerry.

Check that.......Kerry's new position is now bent over taking it from behind.
