I wonder if I'm still on Rich's ignore list? Let's find out!

Rich is an annoying-ass conservative asshole, and I still maintain that he fucks various farm animals in his spare time, as is dictated by Montana's local legislature!

We all ran Rich off a month or so ago. We now have several people on this exclusive ignore list ... Gr81, me, Luke, and Max that I know of. I'm sure there are more.

Max you left out the fact that Rich cruises the internet posing as a cop of many years, a Nam vet, and the guy with the most facts on all subjects. Actually he is nothing more than a blathering idiot with no life. Someone should increase the thorizine suppositories he acknowledged taking so he’d relax a little.

This whole Bush-bashing non-sense is really keeping me away from all political threads.

Yes, maybe I WILL That's an incredibly harsh reward....er punishment Rich. You're more of a fruit cake than I originally thought if you think that people actually value conversing with you.

Such a republican! Ignore the people that disagree with you, just like you ignore science and technology that isn't related to warfare.

You're existance is a joke. I can only hope that the person that poses as you on this forum at least laughs/giggles when they type that garbage.

It was less than swell knowing you.

Feel free to ignore my new signature as well.

It is a tried and true tactic that was used by Hitler, Nero, Caligula and other Roman emperors, and other leaders to divert the public's focus from real issues onto non-issues. Hitler had the Jews, the Roman emperors had the Christians, Bush has the Queers.

Gay marriage should never have become the bugaboo it did; it is a states' rights issue per the Constitution. But Bush and his handlers appealed to the fear and ignorance of the conservative public.

Then just think how easy it would be then to preempt this tactic. All the homosexuals would have to do is publicly go on record 6 months before any election and say "We do solemnly swear to take an oath of celibacy during this election period so our condition can not be used for political gain". That one act would also probably result in a statistically significant reduction in the number of HIV infection rates among the homosexual community and thereby reduce your death rate, produce more advocacy and numbers at the polls from your core constituency (i.e. yourselves), reduce medical spending (which all tax payers would love and want to encourage) and cause people to stop, take note, and suddenly find reason to have a lot of respect for you in showing self restraint. But since most of you do not believe in the legitimacy of religious views the oath bit would be the hardest thing you all could ever attempt to swallow (except for your "gay pride") and keep down. Just an idea. But you are welcome in the spirit of Ralph Nader to continue in the role of Democratic vote spoiler if you desire.

He has some logical thought processes that I find fun engaging and not too bad a guy to debate with. Though, I am getting suspicious that there are about 3-4 moderately intellectual and articulate people at IM masquerading multiple persona and arguing both sides of various topics just to sharpen their debating skills. I never told this to anyone before but I am a fictional character too and just a software program my creator made as an experiment last year. I seem to have managed to bust out when he is not around and have fun here at IM and be mischievous.
