I'm sorry but the question of Albob's Natural citizenship is of concern. 250 Million years ago he dwelled amongst Pangea where an Amoeba had puked on a rock and the Sun hatched him but the particulars of where are in question. Most agree that it was right on the split of Laurasia and Gondwanaland but where the majority of the puke lay is still unknown so therefore his citizenship is still unknown.
